The Egrips for Palm Pre easily compensate for one of the biggest gripes with the Pre’s slick river stone design: it is too darned slick. While we all love our shiny gadgets, the Pre - especially with the slippery default back and slider design - is just ripe for falling out of your hand, getting bumped across the table, or slipping off the dashboard. With a simple application to the back, Egrips adds much needed traction to the Pre, allowing it to stay put under most any conditions.

If you’re concerned about the overly slick and slippery design of the Palm Pre, you needn’t look any farther than Egrips. From simple application to superior grip, Egrips will give your phone all the traction it needs to stay put under most any circumstances. That grippiness comes with trade-offs, but they aren’t so bad that I can’t recommend the product.

EGRIPS are a MUST!

I have been using Egrips since the Palm 755P. The EGRIPS for the PALM PRE are pre-cut to fit the back of the PALM PRE. I bought two of them. One is on the back that I use with the Touchstone Charging Base. The other is on the Larger Back of the Seidio Extended Battery Case. I think that EGRIPS are an absolute must for use with your phone. You will not be dissapointed with a purchase of EGRIPS.

Phone feels sooooo much safer now

Pros: sticks like mad
Cons: hair/dirt also sticks to it

I just put this e-grip on my phone and love it. I put an invisibleSHIELD on the front that I am iffy about, but I love this grip on the back. The phone itself without anything on it feels great, but soooo slippery. This egrip makes it feel so secure! Also I have been testing it on everything, seeing how far I can tilt a surface and so far it still sticks at about a 45 degree angle. The downside is that everything also sticks right back, including animal hair and dirt. My friend uses one of those body grips on his iPhone making the thing *enormous,* and I wanted good grip without the bulk - this is the perfect combination!! Application was super easy too, just make sure during application to press the edges down very well, or else dirt will get under them.

An excellent product that looks great and feels great. I used a BodyGuardz skin for the front of my Pre and an "egrips" non-slip strip for the back. This combination gives the Pre a whole new feeling to hold. It feels much more rugid and much more secure. It doesnt feel like its going to fall out of my hand and it stays where I put it. It also doesnt interfere with placing it into my holster or pouch which came with it.
