Pros: Small form factor
Cons: Default noise cancellation

Was really expecting better quality from a device that was supposed to be considered "higher" end. Biggest complaint comes from the fact that it has a Noise Cancellation button that is ON by default...wouldnt be a problem if the person on the other end could still hear ME, at least. Problem with it, is that it cancels EVERYTHING, by default!! You have to hit the tiny button on the face to get it in normal mode, where youll then be audible to the person youre talking to. Very annoying!
