Works great
The only con is the look - not everybody understands what it is they are looking at or what Im wearing on my head.
Its okay, because I give them the same look on their wired headsets - WIRED? Really? How primitive!

I recently bought these for my walks/running. I can keep my cell in my pockets (jeans for walks, shorts for running) and listen to my music, as well as FWD/RWD on my Pre. I have not had a problem others have mentioned and have gotten used to the feel of it. It feels a little awkward the first few times but it is a snug fit, which is perfect for running. The only con is the look - not everybody understands what it is they are looking at or what Im wearing on my head.

Dont sweat
These are the same problems reported about the original S9s had and why I spent $30 more for the S9-HDs. They were suppose to have fixed all the problems but they are still there. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY! I gave 2 stars because when they were working they were great.

Wanted to love them, but
When I first tried them I had my phone on the counter and I listened to music files, pandora, and even made a few phone calls. They sounded great and the person on the other line said that I sounded very clear - they would have never guessed that I was on a bluetooth headset.
I was also able to roam around my house - distances over 30 ft - while still getting a clear connection.
I took them to work the next day for my afternoon bike ride and it worked great - until I put my phone in my shorts pocket. Once my phone hit my pocket - the sound kept cutting out which made it unbearable to listen too.
If you can carry your device or keep it in sight, I think this is a great set of headphones, but if you have put your device/phone in a pocket to carry - I cannot recommend it.

Pros: Decent sound quality, easy to set up.
Cons: Feels like an ice pick in your ear.
