love the case, very secure. I had the tabs on the front case break from normal wear and tear and they sent me a replacement free of charge!

Pros:  lightweight, great fit
Cons:  Volume control buttons became very sensitive.

I did not use the screen shield out of fear of placing it wrong, but the case itself is awesome. Only issue (and its a small one) is the volume control buttons on the left side of the phone are super sensitive now.

My wife previously had the typical plastic snap on case and it shattered recently, so we ordered two of these to cover both of our Phones. We had a little trouble with the front piece popping off on hers, but we swapped and they have both been secure since then. They are great protection and clean lines. I like the use of the grip on the sides to help make holding it easier. I do find the bottom of the top case is a little in the way of typing, but not worth not getting the protection.

I got this case because I had went through 5 Seidio Innocase cases in about 2 years. I was reluctant to get the Otter Box case, because I really liked the Seidio Innocase holster, and I wasnt sure if the Otter Box case would work with the holster. With a slight modification of the Seidio Innocase holster, the Otter Box case will fit into the holster. I have had a couple of drops that easily broke the mounting tabs on the Seidio Innocase, but the Otter Box case still has all the mounting tabs secure. Thanks to the Otter Box case, now I wont have to buy a new case every few months!

I have had my Palm Pre for 6 months now and have gone through three other cases before purchasing this one. The first hard case, a Seido hard case broke the first time it was dropped at the tabs and would not go back on securely. Then I purchased a silicone case, well that was just a joke, there is no way to keep it on without "gluing" it. Then next I purchased two Body Glove cases, one for me and one for my husbands Palm Pre. He still has his, but my broke three of its tabs soon after having it. I never said I was easy on a phone, that is why I spend money on cases! So I was very happy to see the Otterbox come out with a case for the Palm. I love it!!! It fits the phone perfect, better than any other case, has the rubber buttons so you dont have to try to push a button between the plastic existing case. Its slim, sleek and durable. I would have to say this is the very best case out there. I do wish however that it was made in other colors besides black.
